Legal Compliance
Ngova Security has met all the legal requirements necessary to operate as a compliant and legitimate business entity in South Africa. The company has secured the following certifications and registrations:
- Registered as a company (Pty) Ltd
- Registered with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA)
- VAT Certificate – confirming our obligation to charge and remit Value Added Tax (VAT) to the South African Revenue Service (SARS) on a monthly basis
- B-BBEE Certificate in line with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act No. 53 of 2003
- SARS IRP30 Certification – verifying that Ngova Security pays over all employee PAYE deductions
- Compensation Commissioner – ensuring monthly contributions to cover employees in case of injury or disability while on duty
- UIF Registration – ensuring all workers are covered in the event of job loss
- Business Bank Account established to separate business and personal income and registered with SARS for taxation
